The resort is located in a quiet residential area, in the pleasant coastal town of Malgrat de Mar. Very close to the new commercial area of Valle Gran Rey. At 50 m from the city center and various restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The beach and the station are only 300 m. A 35 km away is the airport of Girona and Barcelona is 66 km. Barcelona airport is 82 km.Established in 2005, this hotel has a total of 12 apartments spread over four floors. Facilities on offer include a reception desk and lift access.The apartments are designed for between 2 and 4 occupants.
