Cracking Holidays to Costa de Antigua
Costa de Antigua is a quiet and peaceful resort in Fuerteventura, situated on the eastern flank, almost midway down the island’s coast. Sometimes called Nueva Horizonte, Costa de Antigua holidays are a beach lover’s dream as a seemingly endless swathe of dazzling white sand beach runs as far as the eye can see. The swishing waters of the Atlantic wash the shore here, but there are no harsh gradients, so the beach is great for kids as swimming is gentle and safe. Costa de Antigua is not racy or noisy, so is an ideal family holiday destination or is perfect for couples who enjoy the quiet life.
The gorgeous beach is the big attraction of a holiday to Costa de Antigua. An endless expanse of white sand, lapped by Atlantic waves is paradise for surfers and swimmers. The resort has a good range of watersports too, so try your hand at jet skiing, sailing or parasailing. The actual resort is small and has a village-like atmosphere, but there’s a decent selection of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants for evenings. Walk over the headland and you can enjoy the delights of Caleta de Fuste, situated right next door.
