This apartment complex is situated on a slight incline at the centre of Puerto del Carmen. Sandy Playa Blanca is about 300 m away as is a long beach promenade with countless shops, bars and restaurants. The stop for public transport is to be found about 200 m from the complex; the island's airport is about 7 km away.This apartment complex was built in 1985 and completely renovated in 2004. It comprises a total of 26 apartments and facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility.The welcoming apartments come fitted with a combined living/ bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace.
